What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I, personally, have a daily regime that begins with a cup of coffee and a devotional. For others, this can be deep breathing or stretching. A great thing many can benefit from is to learn relaxation, even if it is short lived, prior to the hustle and bustle of our days. Later during the day, I find a game, a book or anything with family works. Also, nothing beats fishing! 🙂
